The seminar will feature a mock case that will be discussed principally from the perspective of the ICC Rules of Arbitration and will feature Dr. Horacio A. Grigera Naón, along with a distinguished faculty composed of key international arbitration experts. The event will be hosted by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), and is co-sponsored by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association, and ICSID.
